How it works

Therapy works best when it’s structured, practical, and paced properly. We’ll start by building a clear map of what’s keeping you stuck — including triggers, patterns of avoidance or reassurance seeking, and any relevant background history (including trauma, if that’s part of the picture).

 

From there we agree a plan that fits your goals and your life, and we focus on small, doable changes that build real confidence over time.

Most people find the work becomes lighter when there’s less analysing and more clarity about what to practise, so you’re not left guessing what to do between sessions. We review progress regularly, adjust the pace when needed, and plan for setbacks so you can keep moving forward without feeling like you’re back at the beginning.
