Session fees
In-person sessions (London): £180
Sessions take place in London near Liverpool Street.
Online sessions: £160
Online sessions take place on Zoom, and I work with adults across the UK and Europe.
Most people begin with weekly sessions, and we review frequency as therapy progresses.
Insurance
I am recognised by Bupa and WPA.
If you plan to use health insurance, please obtain authorisation for sessions before your first appointment and share the relevant details with me in advance.
If your policy includes an excess, that part is payable directly to me.
Please note that fees may vary.
Cancellation and payment
Payment is due by bank transfer before each session unless otherwise agreed.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Do you offer a 15-minute call before starting? Yes - I offer a brief 15-minute call with every enquiry so we can check fit and next steps. I don’t use automated booking; once you submit the form, I’ll reply by email or text with a few time options.

Do you accept health insurance? Yes. I’m recognised by Bupa and WPA. You’ll need to obtain authorisation for sessions before the first appointment and share your approval details in advance. Any policy excess is payable directly to me.
3.
How much are sessions and how long are they? Sessions are £160 online and £180 in person. They typically last 50 minutes.
