I have extensive experience of supervising psychologists and other mental health professionals. I have regularly supervised Assistant Psychologists since 2008 and Trainee Clinical Psychologists since 2010. In my most recent NHS role I was responsible for supervising and managing qualified Psychologists across the service and I have supervised other mental health professionals during the course of my work.

My approach to supervision is to have an open and transparent supervisory relationship, with a clear idea of what the supervisee would like to gain from supervision at the outset.

I work integratively but have a special interest in acceptance and commitment therapy and drawing on psychodynamic models to inform clinical work.
