I provide psychological therapy for individuals and couples that is bespoke and tailored to you. I am trained in a number of different therapies and can draw upon these to get the best possible outcome for you. This includes cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focussed therapy, psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches.


Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly or fortnightly. At the beginning of therapy we agree on the goals that you want to work on during the sessions, and we continually review our progress towards these goals during the sessions.


At the heart of good psychological therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client, and I am keen to emphasise this to my clients. My work with clients is collaborative,  and I will work with you as a team to help you reach your goals.
